Profile
TrackPower,
Inc. (OTC BB:TPWR) is embracing its new mission that will
position the company as a leader in providing integrated
interactive services to race tracks and gaming facilities
throughout the world. The Company's flagship product is a
combined ATM and Information Kiosk system that will allow the
race track or gaming facility to offer its customers a fully
interactive touch-screen information service.
TrackPower will utilize the latest kiosk technology in the
form of ATMs and information kiosks to deliver cash,
advertising content, loyalty programs, live and archived
video, integrated race information, as well as e-commerce and
other future applications.
Race tracks are continually looking for ways to increase their
customers racing experience to maintain or develop valued
players. TrackPower can offer each race track ways to add
value to the on-track racing experience, collect valuable data
on their players, and provide a profit center in the process.
The multi-functional information kiosks are accessed by
players for added-value information and services. Through
proprietary technology and partnerships, TrackPower has the
unique ability to offer these multiple services at a
cost-effective rate while creating a revenue sharing
relationship with the race track. TrackPower will be more than
a service provider to the race track: TrackPower will be
their partner.
TrackPower's focus and core competency is in creating the
delivery platform or kiosk infrastructure for content
providers. TrackPower is not a content provider itself, but
provides a mechanism for content providers to deliver their
product to the race track in a cost effective and reliable
format. Race tracks want and need this content to provide
their players with better, timely, and relevant information
that allows them to make a more informed and more confident
wager. Research has proven that greater player confidence
equates to increased wagering!
TrackPower is extremely well positioned in the marketplace and
has developed an excellent product for the racing and gaming
industries. The ATM and Information Kiosk product will be the
company's core focus and the systems will be marketed
aggressively throughout North America this year.

TrackPower's
Information Kiosk System RaceVisionTM allows a race
track or gaming facility to offer their customers a fully
interactive touch-screen information service with ATM's.
One of TrackPower's partners, Post
Time Technologies, has taken handicapping and wagering to
the next level in devising a system sensitive to the needs and
demands of both race tracks and patrons.
System features include:
-
Rapid
delivery through the ability to call up the information on
demand.
-
Visual
information (photo finish images and video replays) which
is a critical tool for handicappers.
-
A
video and data archive that is both extensive and
relevant.
-
A
system that is easy to use.
-
Availability
to both race tracks and simulcast facilities.
-
Combination
of visual information and data.
-
Off-site
maintenance, taking the necessary maintenance and manpower
away from the race tracks and simulcast facilities.
The kiosks/customer workstations are designed to be
customizable in their configurations based on the requirements
and unique needs of each client.
Some
of the services that can be accessed on the kiosk at the race
track include:
In
addition to accessing races from past performance information,
daily updates include future race 'Entries', which are
directly linked to the RaceVision database. This allows
patrons to access a race by simply touching a runner's name on
the on-screen 'Program' of an upcoming race card.
The
'Results' option allows for Results information
(payoffs, fractional times, complete order of finish), to be
accessed from the kiosks immediately after each race on the
current race day. Results are later placed in an archive
database and are available for viewing weeks or even months
later. RaceVision also allows for results from all simulcast
tracks to be displayed on the kiosks.
The
'Photo' option allows for the official Photofinish
images to be viewed from the kiosks literally within minutes
of the finish of each race. Images are stored in the
RaceVision database and can be immediately recalled by
officials or patrons fromany of the kiosks located throughout
the facility. The Photo option also allows for images from
simulcast race tracks to be displayed and stored on the
kiosks.
The
'Replays' option allows access to races within seconds
by selecting the Track, Date and Race from the on-screen
display. Races can also be selected by scrolling through the
alphabetical database of all runners on the system, or by
typing in the runner's name using the touch screen keyboard.
RaceVision can also provide replays for the race tracks whose
simulcast signals your patrons are wagering on. Replays are
updated daily providing your customers with timely information
to add to their simulcast experience.
