TechLabs has organized its holdings to mold an enterprise
that is building a significant presence in the lucrative
direct marketing industry. The Company is positioned to
deliver strong revenue and profit growth through the

support mechanisms for its internally developed people-based
bricks and mortar direct marketing operations. TechLabs'
InternetChic Marketing, Inc. subsidiary is rapidly building
a set of diversified direct marketing business that are

direct marketing industry due to its foresight in making key
investments to acquire and develop leading edge Internet

personalized e-commerce sales portals for rapidly growing
independent distributor networks. In addition, TechLabs'
internally developed Interplanner.com personal information
management web-based application provides independent
distributors and their sales teams with productivity, time
management and contact management tools that will enhance
the performance of their growing direct marketing
enterprises. Finally, in early 2000 TechLabs had the
foresight to form InternetChic Marketing, a
business-to-business marketing solution provider that
develops and implements Internet marketing and web site
traffic building programs for Internet businesses and
traditional brick and mortar companies.
All in all, TechLabs is now positioned to deliver strong

InternetChic
(InternetChic)
Since
its formation in early 2000, TechLabs' InternetChic
Marketing, Inc. subsidiary has been focused on providing
Internet-based direct marketing solutions to both Internet
businesses and traditional brick and mortar companies. Among
the many tools that InternetChic Marketing utilizes are
e-newsletters and direct email marketing messages. Today,
with TechLabs focused on the internal development of
businesses that can move quickly to capitalize on emerging
trends and opportunities in the direct marketing field,
InternetChic Marketing provides the perfect structure from
which to launch such endeavors.
Presently
operating within InternetChic Marketing are the company's
two latest internally developed ventures, TravelCardPlus,
which is focused on emerging opportunities in the travel
industry, and Direct Marketing, Inc., which is serving as
TechLabs' sales and marketing arm for Northwest Bell Phones'
exciting new The RF3 Next Generation Cellular Headset.
Direct
Marketing, Inc.
In
April 2001, TechLabs signed an agreement with Northwestern
Bell Phones, one of the world's leading manufacturers and
distributors of telecommunications products, granting the
company the exclusive marketing and distribution rights in
the network marketing channel for Northwestern BellPhones'
newest product, the RF3 Next Generation Cellular Headset.
TechLabs expects to begin to market the RF3 Next Generation
Cellular Headset during August 2001 through its Direct
Marketing Inc. unit., utilizing a variety of network and
direct marketing methods.
The
new RF3 Next Generation Cellular Headset is the only
cellular headset on the market today developed using AirCom™
technology - a wireless tube, air-driven sound delivery
system that eliminates the use of conventional wires to the
ear piece much like a doctor's stethoscope. By
eliminating the wire, RF3 also eliminates any possibility of
electromagnetic radiation from traveling up a wire to the
user's head. This is in stark contrast to typical wired
headsets, which may actually serve to increase the amount of
radiation that reaches the user's head. Instead, the RF3
Next Generation Cellular Headset utilizes a patent-pending,
SPL enhanced pressurized air chamber that only delivers
crystal clear sound waves to the user's ear.
According
to the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association,
there are more than 100 million people in the U.S. and 500
million people world-wide relying on cellular telephones and
more than 45,000 new wireless subscribers every day (one
every two seconds). Experts estimate by 2005 there will be
more than 1.26 billion cellular telephone users around the
world.
The
RF3 Next Generation Cellular Headset directly addresses
growing concerns about the negative issues that cellular
technology may have on the health of cell phone users
worldwide. Initial attempts to confront these concerns came
in the form of hands-free headsets that are attached
directly to the phone via wires. But a growing number of
researchers have warned that such devices may actually serve
to increase the amount of radiation that reaches a user's
ear piece. In fact, Britain's Consumers' Association issued
a warning to this effect last year and advised consumers to
not purchase wired hands-free headsets.
TravelCardPlus
(www.travelcardplus.com)
TravelCardPlus
has been developed to open the door for individuals to enjoy
the large savings previously available only to members of
the travel profession. With travel and tourism becoming the
nation's largest service export industry, the third largest
retail sales industry and one of America's largest
employers, the time has come for a method that will allow
the average person to capitalize on these large factions and
profit areas of our economy.
According
to the Travel Industry Association of America, the travel
industry accounted for about $541 billion in revenue in 1999
from air travel alone. The average growth for this sector of
our economy has been 7% a year, with revenues for travel
projected to be close to ¾ of a trillion dollars by 2003.
In 1999, travel spending in the U.S. averaged $1.42 billion
per day, $59.4 million per hour, $989,300.00 per minute and
$16,400.00 per second! The total travel sector is reported
to be more than a $4 trillion per year industry.
Based
upon the above figures, the average family in America spends
a good share of their disposable income on travel.
TravelCardPlus provides individuals with a method to cut
those costs from 40 to 50 percent each year and to
simultaneously produce an additional income stream.
By
joining the TravelCardPlus program for the low base fee of
$199, individuals become a member of the travel profession,
eligible to receive certain discounts and courtesies that
are generally available only to travel agents. Included
among the benefits offered by the TravelCardPlus program
are:
- A
Travel Agent PIN (Personal Identification Number)
- A
Marketing and Reference Manual with all the phone
numbers and information needed to get started
immediately
- Professional
Familiarization (FAM) trip offers on luxury cruises,
resorts and tours
- Travel
Agent discounts on hotels and rental cars
- Show
and theme park discounts and free admission to certain
popular attractions
- VIP
attention recognizing a member's Travel Agent status
- Hotel
and airline upgrade opportunities
- Commissions
on the travel of family, friends and clients
- Money
back on their own business trips and vacations
There
are 3 different program options available from
TravelCardPlus. The basic program offers individuals a
discount travel card along with a free Internet travel page
and email account that will allow them to earn $25.00 on
each travel card that they sell for the price of just
$199.00 each. They can also purchase the TravelCardPlus
option and receive the discount card as well as a Internet
web site that will allow them to book travel and earn
additional commission income on those bookings. In addition,
they can choose the hosting/search engine listing service
for just $9.95 per month and have their site listed with the
major search engines, as well as have access to templates
that allow them to create their own personalized
travel/income opportunity website.
