fetchOmatic.com Begins Targeted Advertising Campaign In Silicon Valley

Executive Summary

fetchOmatic Global Internet Inc. is a publicly traded company whose wholly owned subsidiary, fetchOmatic.com Online, Inc. is developing a new Internet search engine, portal and personal web assistant at www.fetchOmatic.com.

This is the primary business focus for fetchOmatic Global Internet Inc and the company is on the verge of fully launching this site.

The new search engine focuses on serving the local business community and will provide these businesses with a means to place online advertising specifically targeted to their own customers within their own geographic region. The engine is linked to a database containing more than 16 million businesses in the USA and Canada.  Each business has a longitude and latitude associated with it so that it can be pinpointed on a map.

One of the many unique features of the search engine is that the search can begin by clicking on a map, thereby establishing the location of the search.  This will also initiate the targeted banner advertising that will appear on the page. The level of the map view determines the ad displayed, whether national, regional or local. This information is linked with the search criteria, and the advertising message returned is then exactly targeted to the consumer’s area of interest.

The portal is a graphical representation of an island, complete with a town site, airport, seaport, golf course and infinite room to grow.  Linked to the database, the shops on each of the streets will have a search capability, allowing the user to select whether they want to enter a virtual online store or if they want information on a retailer in their locale.

In addition, the ‘storefronts’ on the site can be further developed to represent regional and local stores, depending on the user’s search criteria. This allows fetchOmatic to generate advertising sales revenues by selling the same 'virtual' space for every region of the country. Users will only see the 'storefronts' that represent the region in which they are searching.  Once again, our advertising is targeted to reach only those people who have an interest in seeing it. Conversion rates should be exceptional.

In the near future fetchOmatic Island, the portal, will be animated. The streets will ‘come alive’ with moving vehicles, bicycles, airplanes, balloons, blimps and people.  Many of these will become another advertising opportunity as corporations secure sponsorship positions that will allow their logos to appear on the sides of buildings, vehicles or even airplanes and cruise ships.

Currently, the Island has a day and night feature. This is based on the time of day in each users time zone.  Further development will see this feature expanded to evenings, sunsets, and dawn.  fetchOmatic's goal is to develop the site with full multimedia capability, including sound and video, as new technologies make this feasible for both development and delivery.

The third element of the site is a personal fetchOmatic assistant. This 'virtual' device features a search engine and information storage capability that will reside on the user’s computer. It is represented graphically, and will be able to display business listings and map locations. The graphic presented by the assistant's interface can be changed to display a variety of images, including corporate branding for advertising, promotions, or a corporate image within organizational networks and intranets.

All of the data and functionalities of the three fetchOmatic elements are fully integrated. This insures accuracy of all data and reduces maintenance and updating costs.

Revenue Projections

Revenue is projected to exceed $30 million for the first year of operations. This is based upon advertising revenues, licensing revenues and product sales. The majority of revenues are projected to come from local advertising.  Further revenues will come from the sale of sponsorships and corporate branding images; regional and national banner advertising; product sales from the virtual stores; and sales of online training through fetch University on fetchOmatic Island.

Local banner advertising is purchased and created online by the purchaser. Clients can select the category of their business within each Zipcode (Postal Code). The cost for each category within a single Zipcode will be $1 per month for a rotating banner and $5 per month for an exclusive banner. Clients can purchase as many codes as they desire. With approximately 30,000 Zip codes in the USA and over 10,000 business categories, the total potential monthly income exceeds $300 million. fetchOmatic's yearly revenue projections are approximately 1% of the total potential for local banner advertising.
